Who are we
Hi! We are the team of the Dram Explorers cocktail bar in Poznań . For two years we have been operating at the Old Market Square in Poznań, creating for you a space to spend interesting evenings and try ingenious cocktails. Today we are fighting for funds to persevere our team and bar. The SARS-COVID-19 pandemic surprised us at the time of numerous bar changes, reducing our revenues to zero. We were also forced to suspend the investment in opening the bar's kitchen, which is already under construction.
To save the bar, we decided to ask you for support in a form that will allow us to repay you with interest, after quarantine ends and we reopen.
We provide vouchers, the purchase of which will give us the opportunity to persevere the team and continue our business for the next quarter. In return, after quarantine, you will receive 120% of the amount you have paid in the form of a bar budget. You will be able to use it for all the bar offer available to you. In addition, we prepare numerous awards for supporters. We do it with Poznań's craftsmen and artists, so that other local makers can also benefit from the collection.
What are we crowdfunding for?
The bar currently generates zero revenue. We decided to continue the team's work in a remote manner - so that the team has a chance to make any income and provide for themselves in the coming months. We create for you articles on our blog and videos showing how to create cocktails at home.
However, it still doesn't generate any revenue for us. Employee payments, rent, and fixed fees remain, generating a significant burden that our premises cannot withstand. By supporting us, you'll allow for:
- Perseverance our team, which will constantly create content plan cocktails for upcoming cards;
- Covering rent and making sure Dram Bar survives, to be a place for even more magical evenings;
- Finishing kitchen investment, so we can start delivery and hire a kitchen Chef;
- Help local arists and artisans, with whom we will cooperate to provide your backer rewards.
More about Dram Bar
When establishing the Dram Bar, we had the dream of creating a place in Poznań that would combine the world of cocktails, aged spirits and elements of art woven into a fairy-tale film narrative. Dram Bar has become a place where everyone can feel at home, try new flavours and experience art in a relaxing way. Our thematic quarters met the tastes of Poznań residents and numerous guests visiting our city. The Witcher cocktail card, 007 spy card, or the Peaky Blinders card, has permanently made the memories and albums of many people.
Bar initiatives and events in conjunction with our cocktails gave this part of the Old Market a new dimension, and Dram Bar has become a place of many unforgettable evenings. We are proud of our work and every day we want to be the best hosts you can dream of.
From the very beginning, we cooperated with artists promoting music, art and culture. Recently, we had the pleasure to host the Percival Schuttenbach band at a low-key concert. We want to be able to organize such events for you more often.
Our Team
The current Dram Bar team consists of eight enthusiasts specializing in mixology, aged alcohol and all known and unknown liquors. From the very beginning, the team plans tasks communicating not only in the bar, but also remotely - using cloud tools and on-line meetings. Thanks to this, even now, we can still build interesting materials for you while remaining at home.
Meet the members of our team, which - we hope - will soon be joined by Mikołaj, an award-winning chef.
Dates and Vouchers
Dram Bar will be able to resume its operation after lifting the ban on receiving guests in bars and restaurants imposed by the polish government. Your vouchers will then become active and you will be able to allocate the funds to the entire bar offer available to you.
Soon after reopening our doors, we also plan to start the kitchen and a party for our supporters, at which we will have the opportunity to thank you personally.
