Stowarzyszenie na rzecz osób LGBT (Lesbijek, Gejów, osób Biseksualnych i Transpłciowych) "Tolerado" powstało w 2012 roku i ma na swoim koncie wiele sukcesów. Głównymi zadaniami stowarzyszenia jest szerzenie tolerancji w społeczeństwie oraz integracja i wsparcie środowiska LGBTQ.
Tolerado jest jedyną organizacją LGBT w północnej Polsce, ma około 100 członków.
Tolerado przeprowadza kilkanaście akcji rocznie, największe to Trójmiejskie Dni Równości zakończone Marszem Równości, oraz Festiwal Tęczowych Rodzin.
W obrębie Tolerado działają również grupy rozwojowe: kobieca, męska, młodzieżowa, piłkarek, osób transpłciowych, tęczowych rodzin, rodziców osób LGBT.
